Cheetah
Challenge
Cheetah is a technology-driven foodservice distributor aimed at transforming the restaurant supply industry by offering a fast, transparent, and affordable approach to sourcing daily supplies. They approached us with a critical challenge: to expand their mobile app platform into a seamless experience on desktop, enabling broader accessibility for a growing user base.
My role
Working in a team with two other UX designers, I led feature ideation and design iterations, progressing from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. I developed a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across screens as well as enhancing engineering efficiency and scalability. Additionally, I conducted continuous stakeholder meetings and feedback sessions to align design decisions with user insights, business objectives, and engineering feasibility.
Outcome
The final result was a robust web app that enhanced Cheetah’s shopping and customization features, with adaptive interfaces to meet the dynamic needs of restaurant owners and chefs. This product evolution solidified Cheetah’s role as a trusted partner by improving delivery reliability, transparency, and competitive pricing, aligning with their commitment to supporting local businesses.
